Anthony is a Strength and Conditioning Coach from Southern
California. He has worked with various sports among several levels of
competition ranging from youth to Olympic level athletes and teams. His experience within
the realm of strength and conditioning has come from his time working at the
Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center, UCLA Athletic Performance Department,
and California State University of Northridge Athletic Department. He received his Bachelors of Science from California
State University of Northridge and is currently in the process of obtaining his
Masters from California State University of Fullerton. Studying Kinesiology at
both universities his coursework has consisted primarily of exercise
physiology, biomechanics, motor learning and strength and conditioning courses.
Along the way Anthony has spent a great deal of time working with the general
population in the gym setting as well. He has over six years of experience as a personal trainer helping with goals ranging anywhere from losing weight, gaining
muscle, completing a triathlon, building strength and simply becoming
healthy/fit.

Aside from his duties as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Student Anthony regularly teaches group exercise classes through 24 Hour Fitness and continues to personal train serious and motivated individuals.
